1. Our Fees
At iKlaim, we operate with a success fee model. This means you only pay if we win your case. Our fee is 35% of the compensation received, applied only after the success of your case.
For example, if you receive compensation of €5,000:

We do not charge any initial fees or hidden costs. If we cannot obtain your compensation, you pay nothing.
2. Payment Methods
Our fee is automatically deducted from the compensation amount when we receive payment from the airline. The net amount is transferred to you through:
- Bank transfer
- Current account deposit
- International transfer (for overseas clients)
3. Refund Policy
Since we only charge in case of success, there is no need for a refund policy for our fees. If for some reason we cannot obtain your compensation, you will have no cost.
In exceptional cases where you decide to cancel our services after receiving compensation, contact our support team to evaluate your case.
